Our Nature Network Partner Ontario Nature worked with the City of Brampton – Your Local Government and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority to help them contribute over 1,900 hectares of land towards Canada’s international commitment to protect 30 per cent of lands and waters by 2030 (30×30)!

This milestone showcases the crucial role municipalities play in caring for our natural spaces and bringing us closer the 30×30 commitment. Thanks to the groundwork and the ongoing dedication of our partners, we’re celebrating this significant achievement.
